Michelle Saluja is a registered psychologist providing psychological services for individuals and couples at Elite Med.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Michelle has worked across a range of settings including employment services and private practice. She provides psychological support for individuals experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioural, and life-related concerns.

Michelle integrates evidence-informed therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. These approaches are selected based on individual client needs and clinical suitability.

Her practice focuses on providing structured psychological support tailored to each person’s presenting concerns, goals, and circumstances.

Michelle has undertaken additional professional development across a range of areas, including couples therapy training through the Gottman Method (Levels 1 and 2), which is an evidence-based approach used in relationship counselling.

She provides support for individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in areas such as stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationship concerns.
